Wellness insights
Each week KohiShifa turns your check-ins into a short, plain-language summary: habits, streaks, sleep routine, water, movement and reflection. Every figure comes from something you logged.
You completed 79% of your scheduled habits — up from 64% last week.
Across 6 logged nights, your bedtimes varied by 1h 30m.
You reached your water goal on 5 of 7 days.
115 of your 150 active minutes — one walk is still planned.
Our one rule
Didn’t log sleep on Sunday? Then Sunday isn’t in your average. Nothing is estimated or filled in on your behalf.
We don’t blend your week into a single wellness score. Each insight is one plain measure you could work out yourself.
Water, sleep and activity are compared with the targets you chose — never with a number we decided you should hit.
Every calculation is written down on this page. If a number ever surprises you, you can check how it was made.
What’s calculated
Insights update as you log. Here is every measure in the weekly summary, and exactly how it’s worked out.
Completed scheduled check-ins ÷ scheduled check-ins, for this week and last week side by side, with the difference in percentage points.
The longest current streak among your habits. Streaks count consecutive scheduled days you completed; unscheduled days are skipped and today stays open until it’s over.
The average time between the bedtimes and wake times you entered this week, including nights that cross midnight. Self-reported, so it’s an estimate.
How much your bedtimes vary across the week. A smaller spread means a steadier routine — it says nothing about how well you slept.
The number of days this week where the water you logged reached the daily goal you set for yourself.
Minutes from activities you marked as done this week, compared with the weekly goal you chose. Planned sessions count once you complete them.
How many reflection entries you wrote this week. Insights count entries — they don’t analyse or score what you wrote.
The simple mood words you picked most often — calm, tired, grateful and so on. A tally of your own labels, not an interpretation of them.

Mood words used most
Words you chose — counted, never interpreted.
Sample data for illustration only. Sleep figures are calculated from typed-in bedtimes and wake times — estimates for building a routine, not clinical measurements.
Using your insights
Insights work best as a short weekly check-in rather than a report card. A simple rhythm that many people find useful:
Look for one thing, not ten. Maybe bedtimes drift on Fridays, or water dips on your busiest days.
Move a habit to days that suit it, plan a walk at lunchtime, or keep a glass by the kettle.
Insights compare this week with last, so you can see whether the change made your routine easier to keep.
Know the limits
Insights help you notice patterns in your routine. They are general wellness information — never a medical opinion.
If something worries you
Insights describe your routine. They don’t evaluate your health, predict anything, or tell you whether something is “normal”.
Sleep figures come from times you typed in. They’re estimates for building a routine — not readings from a sleep study or a device.
Mood words are labels you chose. KohiShifa counts them; it doesn’t interpret, score or diagnose anything about how you feel.
